INGREDIENTS
Each Tablet Contains:

• Elemental Calcium – 650 mg
  (from Mega Cal complex: calcium carbonate, citrate, malate, fumarate, succinate)

• Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) – 10 mcg / 400 IU

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Water-soluble cellulose, titanium dioxide, modified cellulose gum, triethyl citrate, purified magnesium silicate, polysorbate 80, Brazilian palm tree wax.

NO salt (NaCl), gluten, lactose, shellfish, or artificial flavours.

DIRECTIONS
Adults: Take 1 to 2 tablets daily with a meal.
Take a few hours before or after other medications or natural health products.
Store between 15°C and 25°C. Keep out of reach of children.
